UX, UI, Project Management
‘Find Vej’ [Danish; ‘find your way’] is a web application for indoor wayfinding at the Region of Central Copenhagen’s (Region Hovedstadens) 12 public hospitals. It is a project collaboration between Danish digital consulting agency Klean Kopenhagen, and the Danish public healthcare system.
‘Find vej’ is based upon vast data amounts, all collected and processed by Klean Kopenhagen. A key task in the implementation of the concept consisted of data collection management, and defining a strategy for the data processing, both for which I played an important role. I managed UI and UX reviews, and contributed to the development of the responsive design by creating coherence in navigation steps, visual elements and graphical details. Frequent on-site research and close communication with hospital web editors helped ensure consistency across the platform and between digital and material realities.
The web solution is online at findvej.regionh.dk.
